Jason Spurling, MD, grew up on a farm in a small town just north of Rolla, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri–Columbia, where he completed both his undergraduate studies and his Doctor of Medicine degree. He went on to complete his residency training at the Cox Family Medicine Residency Program in Springfield, Missouri.
Dr. Spurling has practiced in West Plains since 2004 and has been deeply involved in physician leadership at Ozarks Healthcare throughout his career. He has served in numerous roles on the medical staff and continues to remain actively engaged in leadership today. He is also passionate about medical education, having trained countless medical students over the years. He currently serves as the local medical director and adjunct faculty for the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Spurling enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, working on his farm, and riding horses.
Meagan Jones, FNP, brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role as a trusted primary care provider. She earned her RN from the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, establishing a strong foundation in compassionate, evidence‑based care.
Outside the clinic, Meagan is a devoted wife and mother of three, an active member of her church, and a committed community volunteer. Deeply rooted in the place she calls home, she is dedicated to serving and supporting the health and well‑being of local families.
